Return Policy

Refunds are accepted within 30 days of purchase (on eligible items only). 

Services, eBooks, workshops and classes are non-refundable.

Merchandise and clothing, food products, vegetable seeds (seeds for planting) are non-refundable.

If your item is eligible for refund, you may return it to us in its original packaging. It must also be unused/unopened. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please contact us at contact@urbanfarmandkitchen.com if you have questions. 

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

 

Refunds (if applicable):

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed within 10 business days and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable):

If your refund has not posted, please contact your credit card issuer to verify the status. We have no control over how your credit card issuer processes refunds. 
 

Sale items (if applicable):

Sale items are non-refundable. 

 

Exchanges (if applicable):

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, send us an email at contact@urbanfarmandkitchen.com. We will provide further instructions. We may require proof of damage. 

 

Shipping:

The buyer is responsible for paying the shipping costs associated with returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item worth more than $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item if it was shipped with regular mail.
