The Organic Unrefined Shea Butter we use is sourced from Burkina Faso and is 100% natural. Shea nuts are hand gathered by groups of women in villages in Burkina Faso and are sold at a fair price to butter producers. The Organic Unrefined Shea Butter we use is of very high quality, has a nutty scent with light notes and a adds a wonderful yellow color to the finished product. As an artisanal product, there may be some weight variations in each bar of soap. Expect the weight to range between 4.15-4.5oz. On average, they will be 4.25 oz.
